Papad(Papadum) is a thin, crisp, disc-shaped food from the India; typically based on a seasoned dough usually made from peeled black gram flour (urad flour), fried or cooked with dry heat. Flours made from other sources such as lentils, chickpeas, rice, tapioca, or potato can be used.

2)Green peas…1 tblspn.
3)Boiled potato.. 2 pcs.
4)Green chilli …..1
5)Ginger garlic crushed ..1 tspn.
6)Chopped onion …..1 tblspn.
7)Chopped coriander leaves ..2tblspn
8)Coriander, Cumin seeds powder 1 tspn.
9)Turmeric powder 1/4 tspn.
10)Red chilli pwdr 1 tspn.
12)Garam masala 1/4 tspn.
13)Dry Mango powder 2 tspn.
14)Lemon juice 1 tspn.
15)Maida (Wheat flour) for sealing it.
16)Tomato ketchup for serving.
17)Chopped Cottage cheese(Paneer) small pieces
Heat oil in a pan.
Leaving papad, maida and tomato sauce aside put all ingredients inside the pan.
Take it off and let it cool down…
Add chopped coriander..
Take some hot water in a plate..
Dip the papad for 10 seconds, take out and fill it up with the filling on one side.
Fold the papad.
Put the maida paste on the edges of papad.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Crispy Papad roll is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
